We are leaving for Langkawi tomorrow on Asia's best budget airline. The kids are excited as this is the first real holiday this year as wifey had exhausted her annual leave entitlement before mid this year....! Accommodation (for five days and four nights) has been arranged but the rest are still hazy. I have various feedback and input from friends, parents and relatives.....I have decided to leave our transportation arrangement until we reach the isle which is sooo unlike me but I just want to have the kick of it i.e. for not arranging anything beforehand. Made a few phone calls to car rental companies and they sounded quite desperate; so there!

I'm supposed to pack the brood's garb now but I thought writing up this entry won't hurt and definitely more exciting! Wifey has gone to sleep.... and the kids too. But she just needs to pack her stuff and the miscellaneous which she's going to do later probably 5 in the a.m.

Borrowed a dSLR from a friend (Olympus E300) to bring to Langkawi and the two pics above were taken using it. Will post pics next year!

Have to continue packing.....So people- Eid Mubarak and a Happy New Year!
